# Chaplet to Our Lady of Fatima: Day nine
*2017-05-13*

> Bill Young leads the ninth day of the Chaplet to Our Lady of Fatima, focusing on the requests for reparation and the promises of the Immaculate Heart.

## Opening prayers

Good afternoon. This is Bill Young and welcome to the Prayer N Lunch podcast. I hope you all had a good lunch today. We are completing our Chaplet to Our Lady of Fatima, and today is day number nine.

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. O God, come to my assistance; O Lord, make haste to help me. Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit; as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

## The Apostles' Creed

I believe in God, the Father Almighty, Creator of heaven and earth. I believe in Jesus Christ, the only Son, our Lord. He was conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried. He descended into hell and on the third day He rose again. He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and life everlasting. Amen.

## The ninth day meditation

Who at Fatima revealed your heart as being surrounded by thorns, thus asking for consolation and promising a reward: the grace of a holy death, the conversion of Russia, and the final triumph of your Immaculate Heart. Grant, according to your desires and the Heart of Jesus, that we may be faithful in offering to you the gifts of reparation and love requested by you on the first Saturday of the month, in order to share in your personal promise and graces.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

*Our Lady of the Rosary of Fatima, pray for us.*
