# Day Four of the Chaplet to Our Lady of Fatima
*2017-05-07*

> Bill Young leads the fourth day of the Chaplet to Our Lady of Fatima, reciting the Apostles' Creed, prayers to the Holy Trinity, and a heartfelt appeal for devotion to the Rosary.

## Opening Invocation

Good afternoon. This is Bill Young, and welcome to Prayer and Lunch. Let us begin with an invocation to the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit: “Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, be with us now and ever. World without end. Amen.”

## The Apostles’ Creed

I believe in God, the Father Almighty, creator of heaven and earth. I believe in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord, conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried. He descended to hell; on the third day He rose again, ascended into heaven, sits at the right hand of the Father, and will come again to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy Catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and life everlasting. Amen.

## Prayer for the Rosary

O Queen of the Holy Rosary, who held white rosary beads in your hand, we ask your great assistance. May we receive the Holy Rosary so that we obtain the graces we need. Awaken in us a deep love for prayer, especially the Rosary, the model of vocal and mental prayer, that not a single day passes without reciting it with attention and devotion.

## Hail Mary and Closing Prayer

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, my love, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen. Our Lady of Fatima, pray for us.

*May the Rosary become a daily source of grace and love in our lives.*
