> Bill Young leads the third day of the Chaplet to Our Lady of Fatima, beginning with the Apostles’ Creed and a heartfelt prayer for contrition and the grace to confess our sins.

## Opening Invocation

Good afternoon. This is Bill Young, and welcome to Prayer and Lunch. Today we continue with the Chaplet to Our Lady of Fatima, Day Three. In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, Amen.

Oh God, come to my aid. Oh Lord, make haste to help me. Glory to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

## The Apostles’ Creed

I believe in God, the Father Almighty, creator of heaven and earth.
I believe in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord, conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary. He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried. He descended into hell. On the third day He rose again, ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy Catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and life everlasting. Amen.

## Prayer to Our Lady of Fatima

Our Lady, Mother of sinners, who appeared at Fatima with a shadow of sorrow on your heavenly face, we feel the sigh of the sorrows caused by our offenses against your Divine Son. Grant us the grace of perfect contrition of heart, that we may confess our sins with sincere repentance in the Holy Sacrament of Confession.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, my love, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.
