## Feast of St. Timothy and St. Titus

Good afternoon, this is Bill Young and welcome to Prayer in One. Today is January 26th, the feast days of St. Timothy and St. Titus. Timothy was converted to Christianity through the ministry of St. Paul, and Titus was a close companion of both Paul and Timothy. Their relationship is highlighted in the Second Letter to the Corinthians.

## A Prayer of Trust

Let us now pray a short but powerful prayer called “Trust in God.”

Father, I abandon myself to You. Do with me whatever You desire. For all that You do, I thank You. I am ready for everything and accept all that is good. Your will be done in me and in all creatures. I desire nothing else. O God, I place my soul in Your hands, giving it to You, Lord, with the love of my heart. Because I love You, I offer myself completely to You, trusting infinitely, for You are my Father. Amen.

*Placing our whole lives in God’s hands is the deepest expression of trust.*
