## The Feast of the Conversion of St. Paul

Today, January 25th, we celebrate the feast of the Conversion of St. Paul, the Apostle. Paul was not always a believer; he was once the chief persecutor of the Church. A vision of the risen Christ on the road to Damascus changed his heart, and he became the great missionary who spread the Gospel to the Gentiles.

## A Prayer for Conversion

Blessed Apostle Paul, who labored so zealously for the conversion of the Gentiles in many lands, obtain for us perpetual zeal for the salvation of souls and especially kindle our interest in the conversion of our separated brethren. Ever mindful of the love our Divine Lord, the Good Shepherd, has for those who are not yet in His fold, I beg your intercession. Grant us the gift of true faith for our families, friends, acquaintances, and even our enemies, that we may share the riches of Christ with all.

May God grant this heartfelt request, enabling us to extend to others the grace we have so richly received.
