# Seventh Day of the Novena to the Infant of Prague
*2016-01-12*

> Bill Young leads the seventh day of the Novena to the Infant of Prague, offering prayers, the Our Father, Hail Mary, and a personal intention for a listener named Susan Fox.

## Opening Prayer

Good evening, this is Bill Young. Let us begin in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Lord, come to my aid; make haste to help me. Glory to the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, now and forever. Amen.

## Prayer of the Infant of Prague

Infant of Prague, on your breast, Child Jesus, you sign the cross— a sign of our redemption. May your light bear fruit in our lives. Help us carry the cross, that it may always bring forth good. You know our weakness; help us, Jesus.

## Our Father and Hail Mary

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name; Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us and especially for those at the hour of their death. Amen.

## Personal Intention

Lord Jesus, through your divine mercy, grant the grace I ask for. I lift up a personal intention for a listener, Susan Fox, who is facing a health issue. Pray, Holy Mother, that Susan may regain her health according to your holy plan. Look not upon my unworthiness but upon my faith and your infinite mercy.

## Closing Hymn and Reflection

The sweet thoughts of Jesus bring joy to the heart; his presence is sweeter than honey. No word can fully describe the delight of knowing Him. May we always love Jesus, our future reward, and may He be the source of our happiness. Let us glorify Him.

*May the Infant of Prague intercede for us, especially in times of illness, and lead us to deeper trust in God’s mercy.*
