## Opening and Intent

Good afternoon, I’m Bill Young, and welcome to Prayer and Lunch. Today is Mother’s Day, and we are honoring Mary, the Mother of all mothers, with a petition to Our Lady of Graces, the patroness of the Capuchin friars at San Giovanni Rotondo.

## Prayer to Our Lady of Graces

O heavenly treasure of all graces, Mother of God, Mother of us, you who are the first‑born daughter of the Eternal Father, have mercy on my soul. Grant me the grace I humbly ask of you.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for sinners now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

All‑merciful bestower of divine graces, most holy Mary, Mother of the Incarnate Word, consider the greatness of my sorrow and grant me the grace I so desperately need.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for sinners now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

O most beloved bestower of divine graces, immaculate bride of the Holy Spirit, you who are moved to compassion by human suffering, have mercy on my soul and grant me the grace I seek, trusting in your immense goodness.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

## Final Invocation

O Mother, giver of all graces, refuge of poor sinners, comfort of the afflicted, hope of the despondent, most powerful help of Christians, I place all my trust in you. I know you will obtain for me from Jesus the grace I desire, if it is for the good of my soul.

Hail Holy Queen, Mother of Mercy, our life, our sweetness, our hope. To you we cry, children of Eve, mourning and weeping in the valley of tears. Turn to us, most gracious advocate; your eyes are merciful toward us. Show us the blessed fruit of your womb, Jesus.

O Clement, O Loving, O Sweet Virgin Mary, pray for us, O Holy Mother of God, that we may be worthy of the promises of Christ.
