Welcome to the 74th episode of Prayer and Lunch. Today we pray for the protection and help of all Christians who live by God’s commandments.

## A Marian Prayer

We begin by singing the praises of Mary each day:

"Oh my soul, venerate her feast and her wonderful mysteries. Oh pure one, without a single stain. May I praise you with a pure and sincere heart. May I be chaste and modest, sweet, good, moderate, devoted, honest, both shrewd and simple. May I draw knowledge and courage from the Word of God. May I be attentive and shine with good deeds. Holy Virgin, see how many dangers we must always face. Sustain us so that we remain steadfast and secure."

## Petition for Protection

We ask the Blessed Mother to protect and help all Christians, granting us peace so that the trials of the age may not disturb us. Amen.
