## A Dream About a Mall

My wife told me about a striking dream she had while shopping in a Florida department store. Everyone in the mall—men and women—were dressed in black and suddenly stopped, knelt, and began praying. She was looking for her 79‑year‑old mother, worried about her safety. The scene felt like a reminder that even in a country of religious freedom, prayer is the way we confront evil.

## Why We Need Prayer

The world today is troubled by grave evil, and humanity longs for peace, justice, truth, and love. We cannot achieve these realities on our own; we need the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, who bore our Savior in her immaculate womb.

## Prayer to the Virgin Mary of Loreto

Glorious Virgin Mary, we approach you with confidence, offering this humble prayer. Mother, you carried the Divine Savior in your pure womb and now dwell in the Holy House on the Hill of Loreto. Grant us the grace to seek Him, to follow His example, and to attain salvation. Through faith, love, and devotion, may our families become true sanctuaries, inspired by the holy home of your family.

From Jesus, may every son learn obedience and work; from you, O Mary, may all women learn humility and the spirit of sacrifice, following Joseph’s example. May all men believe in God and live justly and faithfully in their families and society.

Many families are not yet sanctuaries where God is loved and served. Grant, we pray, that each family may recognize your Divine Son in daily life, love Him above all, and become a light to the world. May the Holy House of Loreto proclaim the Word, a light and life that enlightens and converts all people.
