# Pray for Miracles Day 6 – Novena to Our Lady of Miracles

> Bill Young leads the sixth day of the novena to the Blessed Virgin Mary of Miracles, offering prayers to Mary, St. Joseph, and the Holy Trinity, and reflects on the Lenten journey.

## Opening Prayer to Our Lady and St. Joseph

We begin by invoking the care that Mary and St. Joseph gave to Jesus, asking that they extend the same love and protection to us, our children, and our families. We pray that we may grow in faith, remain faithful to our vocations, and be led to holiness, so that at the end of this life we may join them in eternal glory.

## Novena Prayer to Our Lady of Miracles (Day 6)

In the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, we ask God’s swift aid. We recite the Gloria Patri and the Apostles’ Creed, affirming our belief in the Trinity, the Incarnation, Christ’s Passion, death, resurrection, and second coming, as well as the Holy Spirit, the Church, the communion of saints, forgiveness, and eternal life.

We then address Our Lady of Miracles, thanking her for making this place a center of devotion and a source of grace. We ask for the specific grace we seek today, praying with a humble heart.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

## Petition for Humility and Grace

We acknowledge that Mary chose a simple, honest people to carry out God’s will. We ask that she teach us humility so we may obtain her graces. With a contrite heart we repeat the Hail Mary and request that she intercede for us, especially for the grace we are praying for today.

## Hail Holy Queen

Hail, Holy Queen, Mother of Mercy, our life, our sweetness, our hope. To you we cry, poor banished children of Eve, sending up our sighs in the valley of tears. Turn to us with gracious mercy, that we may be shown the blessed fruit of your womb, Jesus. O loving Virgin Mary, pray for us that we may be made worthy of Christ’s promises. Amen.

## Lenten Prayer

Dear Lord, as we continue our Lenten journey, send us your Spirit. Help us to turn away from sin, to fast and pray, and to be renewed so that we may share your grace with the world. Amen.
