# Chaplet to Our Lady of Fatima – Day Six
*2014-05-08*

> Bill Young leads the sixth day of the Chaplet to Our Lady of Fatima, reciting the Apostles' Creed and heartfelt petitions for the conversion of souls.

## Opening Prayer

Good afternoon, I’m Bill Young. Let us begin in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
All‑powerful God, come to our aid. Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

## The Apostles’ Creed

I believe in God, the Father Almighty, Creator of heaven and earth.
I believe in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried. He descended into hell; on the third day He rose again; He ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy Catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and life everlasting. Amen.

## The Chaplet – Hail Marys

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.
[Repeated for each decade of the chaplet, as in the original format.]

## Petition for the Lost

Lord, you sent the shepherds of your divine plan to bring souls to your mercy. We pray for those who have turned away from your law, that they may not be lost forever. Grant us the grace to combat the sins of the flesh, especially impurity, and to share compassion and zeal for the salvation of souls who are in great danger of eternal loss. Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed{?} is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus
