## Christmas Day Prayer

Lord Jesus, we pray: be born in us. Be born in our families, that we might be good parents to our children. When we long to love them more, be born in us. When we seek to learn together, be born in us. Be born in our world, especially where families live in fear. Be born wherever families are seeking hope. May Christ be born anew in each of us today.

## Traditional Blessing

We conclude with a traditional prayer: “Hail and blessed be the hour in which the Son of God was born in His pure virtue in Bethlehem. In that holy hour, we think of God, praising Him and asking that He grant our desires through the merits of our Sacred Jesus Christ. Amen.”
