Welcome to the 18th episode of Prayer and Lunch. Today we’re focusing on praying for our youth. I asked my son Greg, who is fourteen, to lead the prayer.

## Greg’s Act of Consecration

O Virgin of Fatima, Mother of mine, whom I love so much, I consecrate myself today in a special way to your Immaculate Heart. Through this solemn act I offer you all my life—my heart, my soul, my body, and especially the period of my youth that I am living now. Guide me along the path that Jesus has shown us, the path of love, goodness, and holiness. Help me avoid sin, evil, and selfishness, and reject all temptations toward violence, impurity, and drugs. I promise to go often to confession and receive Jesus into my heart as spiritual food, to observe God’s commandments, to walk the road of love and purity, and to pray the Holy Rosary every day. May I be a witness of unity, with a great love for the Pope, the bishops, and all priests. I love you, my most sweet Mother, and I offer you my youth for the triumph of your Immaculate Heart in the world. Amen.
